By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you represent a business entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and significant updates may be communicated via email if you are a registered user. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

CityGel may update the Platform or its Content without notice. While we strive to ensure continuous access, we do not guarantee the Platform's availability and may suspend or limit access as necessary.

Additionally, content must not include external advertisements or promotional links.

You must not advertise any items or services that are on our Prohibited Items List. Ensuring your listings comply with these restrictions helps maintain a secure and legal environment on the Platform.

If we find that you have breached our policies, we may take various actions. These may include issuing a warning, suspending or terminating your access to the Platform, or removing any offending content. We may also seek to recover costs resulting from the breach and take legal action if necessary. Additionally, we may disclose information to law enforcement if required or deemed appropriate.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. Ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and must notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

CityGel may offer paid services, such as enhanced listing visibility. Fees for these services are non-refundable and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

CityGel acts as a platform for users to list and purchase goods or services. We do not monitor or validate listings and are not responsible for the items or services sold. Users must ensure that their transactions comply with applicable laws and act in good faith.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

CityGel provides the Platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding its operation or the accuracy of its Content. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

The CityGel name and logo are the exclusive property of Digital Bower FZ LLC. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the CityGel name or logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

CityGel offers sections for property sales and rentals, connecting property owners, brokers, and developers with potential buyers and renters. This platform facilitates listing, viewing, and communication between parties.

• For Property Owners:
  • You must be the legal owner or authorized landlord of the property.
  • Only list properties that are currently on the market for sale or lease.
  • Ensure that your property complies with all applicable legal restrictions, including occupancy limits.
• For Brokers, Agents, and Developers:
  • You are required to hold a valid real estate license and necessary commercial licenses to list properties on CityGel.
  • "Off-plan" properties must be registered and authorized by the relevant real estate authority before listing.
  • Advertise only properties that are legally available for sale or lease.
• For Prospective Buyers and Renters:
  • CityGel serves only as a platform for listing properties; it does not engage in brokerage activities.
  • CityGel does not verify the accuracy of property listings, and it is your responsibility to perform thorough due diligence before any transaction.

In the "Motors" section, sellers can list vehicles for sale, allowing potential buyers to access vehicle details and contact sellers.

• For Sellers:
  • Vehicles listed must be roadworthy, legally owned by you or the person on whose behalf the listing is created, available for sale, and accurately described.
  • CityGel reserves the right to request proof of ownership and proof that the vehicle is located in the country and has passed customs. Failure to provide proof may result in the immediate removal of your listing without prior notice or refund.

CityGel’s job listing section allows employers to post job openings, and job seekers to browse opportunities and apply for positions.

• For Employers:
  • You must be authorized to hire for the positions you list.
  • Ensure that job listings are accurate and include all relevant details about the role, qualifications, and application process.
  • Listings should comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• For Job Seekers:
  • CityGel provides a platform for job listings and does not endorse any employer or job offer.
  • Verify the legitimacy of job postings and conduct due diligence before applying or accepting any offers.

The company listings section of CityGel allows businesses to present their company profiles, including services offered, contact information, and other relevant details.

• For Companies:
  • You must have the authority to list your company’s details.
  • Ensure that all information provided in your listing is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant business regulations.
  • Listings must reflect the true nature of your company and the services provided.
• For Users:
  • CityGel provides the platform for company listings but does not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of the listed companies.
  • Conduct your own research and due diligence when engaging with listed companies.

The article section allows users to publish articles on various topics. Readers can view and interact with the content.

• For Contributors:
  • You must have the rights to submit the articles and ensure they are original and free from plagiarism.
  • Articles should adhere to CityGel’s content guidelines and standards.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your articles do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
